Biography
 
 
Danielle Lodewyck Falciglia, PhD CCC-SLP completed her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Speech Pathology at Northwestern University.  A California native, she now calls New Jersey home.  She is also employed by the NYU School of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology, working as a speech pathologist at the NYU Voice Center and Bellevue Hospital Center, where her caseload includes inpatients and outpatients with diagnoses from muscle tension dysphonia from phonotrauma, strokes, trauma, head and neck cancer, and post-intubation vocal pathologies. She has undergone special training on fitting and maintenance of Provox and Inhealth indwelling tracheoesophageal prostheses following total laryngectomy, flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES), and the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for improvement of hypophonia in patients with Parkinson's Disease and other hypokinetic movement disorders.
